All tour tickets are for the event purchased only and are non-transferable. Please print your receipt and bring it with you to the ride. This is the only ticket you will receive. If one can not attend an event they have purchased tickets for, they can be exchanged for generic ride passes with 24 hours notice. Rides are held rain or shine, but may be cancelled due to severe weather, thunderstorms, hazardous conditions or illness of tour leaders. Riders who purchase tickets for rides that are postponed or cancelled will have their option of generic ride passes or a full refund. Rides may be cancelled on the day of the ride if less than 5 riders are present but all riders will be presented with a full refund plus a free pass to a future ride. All rights reserved to reschedule all future rides at any time. Multi-ride passes and subscription cards must be presented at the time of redemption for each ride pass being used.
Merchandise sales are non-refundable. Combined ride and poster sales are delivered at the ride and do not include shipping. Failure to show at the ride results in a forfeiture of the poster. Shipping rates are for inside the Continental U.S. only. Outside of the continental U.S. purchases will include the standard shipping rate PLUS the cost of actual shipping as a separate transaction. All purchases will result in the addition of the purchaser’s email address to our email newsletter list, however, any email newsletter recipient can unsubscribe from the list by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the emails they receive.
Shipping and handling charges are handled as a flat rate per item type. Posters are $5, t-shirts are $3 and stickers, buttons, magnets and bottle openers are $1. You are only charged for the first item in the item type and all other items of that type are included in the flat rate shipping.
